As Director of Client Implementation at Effex, Mark develops and executes the recruiting practices, policies and procedures that fuel the company’s unparalleled success in large contingent workforce management. Mark is also responsible for leading the team members that implement Effex’s unique Strategic Alliance Program (SAP).

Mark joined Effex in 2012 and is fervent about working as part of a team to employ impactful programs for Effex clients, many of whom are Fortune 500 companies. Mark specializes in reducing employee turnover rates to a single digit within ninety days of a new client implementation.

Mark is currently studying to become a certified staffing professional (CSP) with the American Staffing Association and is an active volunteer for the Wounded Warrior Project. He and his family also contribute to the St. Jude Foundation. When Mark isn’t developing results-driven procedures or training key members of the SAP team, he enjoys spending time with his son and participating in charity walk/runs.
